Palak joined her parents’, Dr. Nina P. Vaidya and Dr. Piyush B. Vaidya’s hospital, Madhuban Orthopaedic Hospital/Shaishav Children Hospital as an assistant manager in 2013. She manages all the patients with great efficacy. She takes utmost care of all the patients. She remembers all the patients’ names, their medical history, and advices patients on what they need to do to get better. When she goes on a round in the hospital to check on patients’ conditions, she asks all the patients very humbly and with a huge smile about how they are feeling, whether they are doing the necessary things they are advised to do and wishes them to get well soon. She manages the operation theatre, implants, instruments, x-rays very meticulously. She now also teaches the trainee nurses. She is very particular about maintaining the hospital clean and tidy. When she is on duty, she addresses her parents as Madam and Sir. Palak is very professional and does complete justice to her duty. She is very well versed and aware of each and everything in and around of her job and the hospital.
